Store Manager

The Store Manager are responsible to manage the boutiques in order to achieve sales objectives and KPI’s, ensuring to spend most of the time on the shop floor with sales team and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Store Manager is responsible to reach business results in line with company’s targets;

Coach constantly sales teams on extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude to deliver an unique and consistent shopping experience;

Resolve client concerns/disputes/complains while assuring the client satisfaction is pursued;

Constantly cultivate relationships with clients, in store and outside the store partnering with the CRM department;

Be responsible for the good maintenance, appearance and safe environment of the stores highlighting maintenance issues according to guidelines;

Be responsible for the good functioning of the stores in terms of product assortment and visual merchandising, monitoring the store stock and guaranteeing the respect of display guidelines following Visual Merchandising’s guidelines;


REQUIRED SKILLS

Previous experience in similar position, gained in a very customer service focused environment;

Genuine passion for luxury and fashion trends;

Strong communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity;

Excellent negotiation skills;

Customer oriented;

Entrepreneurial attitude;

Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented;

Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated

Client Advisor

Our Client Advisors inspire our clients by conveying passion for the MODES brand, fashion and lifestyle products.

As an expert in client engagement and service, client advisor demonstrates a high level of knowledge in styling and selling.

The Client Advisor is responsible to sell our selected brands and to represent MODES brand while working on the shop floor reaching sales monthly targets;
